Sheets, the packet provides the information necessary for the children to design
media messages. |

The parent program is designed to assist parents to become leaders/advocates for
healthy eating and increased physical activity for their families, schools and
communities. |

The series of 9 parent postcards was developed based on the 8 Habits of Healthy
Kids to include individual habit cards with suggested family healthy behaviors.
The parent postcards comprise the parent participatory component of the child's
