Instructions:
• Teach the group the song, "My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean."
• Sing the song and instruct the children to stand up or sit down whenever they hear a "B" word.
• Repeat the song a few times at a progressively faster pace each time.

To energize the group through a physically active activity.

Tasks for Facilitator:
• Place chairs in a circle.
• Copy words to the song on chart paper.
