Spider Web: · 10 minutes

Instructions:
Have students sit in a circle.

Wrap the end of the yarn from the ball around one of your fingers and share with the group one physical activity you do, or an example of a healthy snack or a low-fat dairy product you eat. Then toss the ball to one of the children in the group.

The child then wraps part of the yarn around a finger and also shares a physical activity, healthy snack or low-fat dairy product.

Repeat until all kids participate. This should form a massive web.

Put on a favorite music tape and have the kids unwind the web moving to the beat of the music.
