Find physical activities you enjoy Join a team sport or after school physical activity program Set a goal for yourself everyday Be active with a friend, buddy or family member Have fun and get into a routine, such as: Playing outside or in the park after school Playing basketball or baseball Tossing a Frisbee with a friend Does recess or gym at school count as physical activity?
