Why do you need to drink more water? What happens if you don't drink
enough water? Every cell needs water, and if each
cell doesn't get enough you may get:
Tired Headaches Burning dry eyes Burning in the stomach Dry mouth Loss of concentration It's good for you to drink water when you're a kid and it's good for grown-ups too. Adults who don't drink enough water are more likely to develop certain health problems like kidney stones and intestine problems compared to those who DO drink a lot of water.
