A Parent's Guide to Healthy Eating and Physical Activity is a 100-page, 4-color guide for parents, based on the Habits of Healthy Kids. The Guide provides suggestions on how to change eating and physical activity behaviors to improve the health of the whole family. It includes 30 recipes collected from REAL parents in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York City. The recipes were modified by nutritionists to boost their nutritional value while maintaining great taste. The Guide is available in Spanish and English.
