Here is how your child and family can eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day:
Breakfast: • Add a banana or other fruit to cereal. • Drink a glass of 100% juice.
Lunch: • Eat carrots or other veggie sticks with your sandwich.
Dinner: • Eat at least one vegetable with every dinner.
Snack: • Eat a piece of fruit after school or at night.
