Here is how your child and
family can eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day:

Breakfast:
  Add a banana or other fruit to cereal.
 Drink a glass of 100% juice.

Lunch:
  Eat carrots or other veggie sticks with your sandwich.

Dinner:
 Eat at least one vegetable with every dinner.

Snack:
 Eat a piece of fruit after school or at night.
