Ways for your child and family
to eat or drink at least 3 low-fat* dairy foods
a day:
• Drink low-fat milk with meals.
• Eat low-fat cheeses and puddings for snacks.
• Eat low-fat yogurt with fruit for breakfast
or pack it in lunch boxes.
• Put low-fat cheese on top of salads and vegetables.
• When you buy milk, yogurt, cheese or ice cream, choose the low-fat items.
