When you eat fast food (2 or
less time per week) make better fast food choices

Some Better Choices . . .

 Choose plain burgers.

 Order small servings of French fries.

 Skip regular sodas and milkshakes.

 Order juice, water or a small diet soda.

 Try grilled chicken instead of fried.

 Choose a chicken fajita instead of a burger.
